There is now substantial evidence that delaying neutering is best for a dog's long-term physical health and behaviour. We would really prefer that male dogs are not neutered unless for a medical or behavioural reason and that female dogs are spayed only at the age of 6-8yo. However, at a minimum, would you consider waiting until your dog is 2 years old, before neutering?
